Grilling & Roasting
Spicy BBQ Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin is the most forgiving cut for a quick weeknight cook. Curley's Spicy gives it a glossy, lacquered finish that looks and tastes like way more work than it is.
How To Make It
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat pork tenderloins dry. Trim silver skin. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 2
Heat an oven-safe skillet over high heat with olive oil until shimmering. Sear tenderloins 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown on all sides.
- 3
Brush all sides generously with Curley's Famous Spicy BBQ Sauce.
- 4
Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 12–15 minutes, brushing with additional sauce halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- 5
Remove from oven. Brush with one final coat of sauce. Tent with foil and rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- 6
Slice into 1/2-inch medallions on a bias. Serve over mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables with any pan drippings drizzled over the top.
145°F is the USDA-safe temperature for pork and it's still slightly pink in the center — which is exactly right. Pull it there. Going to 160°F dries it out and wastes a great cut of meat.
